Stephan Dirschl has been press officer for the Charta der Vielfalt Association since March 2018 – an initiative of economic businesses that promote diversity management in the working world. From December 2009 to February 2018 Stephan Dirschl worked as Political Adviser and Research Associate for Members of the German Bundestag. He was responsible for the committee of Foreign Affairs, Environmental and Construction Policy, Labour and Social Affairs and Finance.
He graduated in International Commerce and Arts in 2009 from the University of Passau with a degree in cultural studies and studied English Literature and History for one year as an Erasmus student at the University of Sheffield in 2005. During his studies he completed traineeships at the Goethe Institut-London, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the British Council Berlin and the NGO Pratham Rajasthan in India.
