Dr. Julia M. Kensbock is Assistant Professor at Maastricht University, School of Business and Economics. She studied psychology at the Universities of Mannheim and Constance with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology and received her doctorate in 2018 from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
Her research is located at the interface between psychology, entrepreneurship and management. Her research focuses on dealing with hurdles in the start-up process, health and well-being as well as diversity in start-up teams. Her work has been published in leading international journals (e.g. Journal of Business Venturing, Small Business Economics).
