The Diversity Talks provide a platform for scholars and practitioners to share their experiences, knowledge and observations with regard to the overall conference theme. All talks follow an ignite style format (limited number of slides and time) and address distinct facets of entrepreneurial diversity with a focus on the questions:
After a warm up and a general introduction into the topic by Prof. Kerstin Ettl, the Diversity Talks are divided into three sessions that cover facets of demographic, functional and deep-level entrepreneurial diversity in a digital age. Each session ends with a panel discussion that highlights existing and visionary solutions to the challenges presented. These insights are meant to provide ideas for interesting topics that are addressed during the Paperthon on day 2 of the conference.
