The Diversity Talks will provide a platform for scholars and practitioners to share their experiences, knowledge and observations on the overall conference theme. The talks will follow an Ignite style format (limited number of slides and time) and address distinct facets of entrepreneurial diversity, focussing on the following questions:
- Is entrepreneurial diversity facilitated by or a facilitator of (digital) innovation?
- How does entrepreneurial diversity affect the exploration and exploitation of (digital) innovation potentials?
- Which digital tools and infrastructures can be used to foster diversity in entrepreneurial endeavors?
After a warm up and a general introduction into the topic by Prof. Kerstin Ettl, the Diversity Talks will be divided into three sessions that cover facets of demographic, functional and deep-level entrepreneurial diversity in a digital age. Each session will end with a panel discussion to highlight existing and visionary solutions to the challenges presented. These insights are intended to provide ideas for potential research topics to be discussed at the Paperthon on day 2 of the conference.
