We want to support you on your journey towards your own innovation or start-up. Get together with like minded people and tackle in small groups gender equality challenges in the workplace. Start accelerating your own ideas and strategies for individuals and businesses.

We are passionate about supporting you in your journey towards an equal world. This is why you will receive prices and support such as 1:1 Coaching, Design Thinking Workshops, a Coffee Chat with the Founder of the gender equality agency in-visible, a Co-Working Membership and the access to entrepreneurship online course.

Use our hackathon and offerings to get your concept ready for the Business Plan Wettbewerb and have a chance to win prices up to 50.000 Euro!

Gender Equality Challenges

  1. Business Case (Gender) Diversity: What business ideas could be developed that promote diversity in the workforce and how is it possible to earn money with focusing on diversity?

  2. (Business) Intelligence: What kind of numbers, data, facts do revenue-driven organizations need as a justification to support female empowerment?

     

  3. Changing Entrepreneurial Thinking: How can we promote feminine entrepreneurial mindsets as drivers for innovation?

     

  4. Stereotypes: How can we reduce stereotypes towards women who are drivers for innovation?

     

  5. Broken Rung: How do we overcome the problem of the broken career ladder and keep women in companies (until they get into the lead)? What can companies/government do to reduce the fluctuation of female talent?

     

  6. Feminine Values: How do we bring more feminine values into corporate culture and leadership?

     

  7. Female Founding: How do we establish feminine values in the founding world so that more (money, time, support) is invested in ideas from female founders?

     

  8. Life Balance: How can we learn from new work efforts and thus create open corporate cultures that have been demanded by women for so long? How can we include men to tackle the work life balance challenges that affect everyone?

     

  9. Changing Work Culture Perceptions: How can we minimize gender-based discrimination? How may we involve people who are not facing direct discrimination in their daily work life, to achieve equal opportunities for all?

     

  10. Future female Change Makers: How can we ensure that girls and boys equally benefit from and are educated about digital opportunities and career possibilities?

     

  11. Government & Private Sector: What can they do to support gender equality and how can they support leadership trainings for women and men?

     

  12. Women in Leadership: What does it take for women in leadership positions, to be successful in a company that operates in a traditional male industry?

     

  13. Men and Gender Equality: How can organizations support men in familiarizing themselves with gender quality and feminism topics and in creating safe spaces for men to talk about it and tackle gender equality challenges?

     

  14. Your Own Challenge: This is your opportunity to create own challenge in terms of gender equality in the workplace.
