On November 6th 2020 we developed together with other change makers new perspectives, innovations, and strategies for gender equality in the workplace! Together we thrived on new perspectives and innovations with a guided ideation process.

Organized by Freie Universität Berlin, this digital ideation hackathon created a space to develop new strategies and tools, tackling gender equality in the workplace. Together, we pooled ideas and experiences to create innovative solutions.

How can we minimize gender-based discrimination? How may we involve people who do not face direct discrimination in their daily work, to support equal opportunities for all?

10 – Future female Change Makers:
How can we ensure that girls and boys equally benefit equally from, and are educated about, digital opportunities and career possibilities?

11 – Government & Private Sector:
What can they do to support gender equality and how can they support leadership trainings for women and men?

12 – Women in Leadership:
What does it take for women in leadership positions, to be successful in a company operating in a traditional male industry?

13 – Men and Gender Equality:
How can organizations support men in familiarizing themselves with gender quality and feminist topics and in creating safe spaces for men to talk about it and tackle gender equality challenges?

14 – Your Own Challenge:
